"As a cameraman the color of Kenya did not only come to me through the viewfinder but also through the people. I could feel their touch, smell, and their infinite love for their existence.
Their daily activities took place just a few feet away; I could smell their trance as they where dancing, I could feel their pride as they live as warriors; I have tasted the blood they drink and danced their tribal dances with them.. This experience has become part of my way of living, a knowledge of pure awareness of nature and its creator".

'Eye on.....' is a series of documentaries which celebrates the huge natural diversity of this planet by looking through the lens of wildlife photographer Dos Winkel.

In 'Eye on Kenya' the team journeys across Kenya on a month expedition exploring its most remote parts, inaccessible to most people. From the intriguing in-depth look into the ritual experience of the Laibon, the most important prohet of the Maasai community to the shrinking tropical mountain forest of Marsabit, the desert refuge of a large group of elephants… to the petrified forest of Koobi Fora, home of the croc hunting El Molo tribeure.

First destination is Peru, where we follow every move that Dos Winkel makes on his search for the perfect picture. We traveled for 2 months to shoot six elmolopeopleepisodes of this nature adventure.
